Innovative Outcomes is a Victoria based facilitation business specialising in community development, strategic planning and project management. Our principal facilitator, Fiona SmoIenaars, helps people to work together in ways that improve creativity, decision making and productivity.

We do this by bringing a structure and process to interactions so that people can find the solutions they need. Clients value our collaborative approach as it leads to more meaningful engagement, and ultimately achieves more innovative outcomes. We facilitate small and large projects in the public and private sectors.

How we achieve innovative outcomes:

• Help the team to clarify and align on their objective
• Facilitate a meeting, or series of meetings, to make progress towards the objective
• Help keep the group’s energy high so that everyone contributes, is engaged, and feels heard.
• Keep momentum or rhythm flowing towards the objective, while at the same time being willing to change direction if the group believes it is necessary
• Staying on track can be tricky; it’s our job to balance discussion on side issues between those that are helpful and those that are distracting
