Who am I?

My name is Fiona Smolenaars, the principal facilitator in Innovative Outcomes. I specialise in community development, strategic planning and project management.

I can help you, if you want:

  • Real conversations
  • Outcomes that have been generated by your group
  • Realistic plans
  • Meaningful and honest engagement with the community or your clients
  • To be challenged
  • Work done on time and within budget

I have 20 years’ experience working with industry, local and state government, organisations, community groups, project teams and family businesses. I work collaboratively with my clients to achieve the identified outcomes. I would appreciate the opportunity to be considered to facilitate your next project.
