Facilitation

The fundamental role of facilitation is to help groups have a meaningful conversation that relates to an objective or outcome. Innovative Outcomes can facilitate meetings, workshops and conferences of small or large groups of people.

Strategic & Business Planning

Most groups or organisations have had a strategic plan developed by a consultant at one stage or another, only to see it gather dust on a shelf. Innovative Outcomes is different. We help organisations to develop their own strategic plans by using their collective wisdom, and challenging the participants to imagine what the future could be. It certainly helps when it comes to the implementation stage that every member has contributed and feels part of the future plan.

Community Consultation

If you want real engagement with the community in which you operate, don’t undertake a token effort. Ask for their opinion and input like you value it. We can show you how it’s done, and even do it for you. We offer real engagement, with real people.

Organisational Development

To build a great organisation, you have to acknowledge and encourage your employees. By motivating your people through coaching, mentoring, leadership development and team strengthening, you can help to change the culture of your organisation. This will ensure that the organisation’s ambition can withstand periods of turbulent change and that it’s able to maintain its strategic focus and not lose sight of what’s important.

Scoping Projects

Often it helps to have someone leading the conversation in a structured way so that the group can concentrate on the content of the discussion and not get distracted by peripheral issues.

  • I worked closely with Fiona on the second Emerge at Twilight Festival in March 2013. It was an enormous and daunting task to move the festival from an indoor space of 700 capacity to an outdoor space catering for 3000 people. Fiona worked with the team to develop a site plan that incorporated everyone’s vision. She worked tirelessly on the day of the event and always maintained a friendly, positive and approachable manner. She is a great facilitator, worked well with the many diverse stakeholders and got the job done with no fuss.
